President angry

i heard from news in television yesterday, that president Susilo Bambang Yudiyono angry to someone that sleeping during the elucidation. He angry to that person while "take" his finger to that person. That person is regent, an representative of his people in his region. I think he didn't appreciate to the president, and didn't appreciate to his peope. Why a regent, representative of his people do that thing?? People choose him to lead his region, to take care his people, and do the better thing to his people. I think he need learn more about the "polite method" in many program and to meet any person, not just learn to meet president. haha.............funny thing, i think
